The Story

The original Lake Winnipesaukee Vacation Rental Chalet located at 3 Kingswood Lane, was purchased by Don Martin in 1984. Since the purchase, it has acted as a getaway for Don and his son, Mike, and as a favorite amount lake region travelers. Don has made many upgrades to the property in recent years including a fully redone kitchen and bathroom, a redesigned yard and the addition of a full range of cable television stations.

In 2011, Don purchased The Farmhouse at Far Echo Harbor Club. After significant upgrades an renovations, The Farmhouse is now available for rent as well.

In October of 2016, Don purchased The Extended Chalet at 6 Kingswood Lane. Much like the other houses, The Extended Chalet has undergone considerable renovations and is now available for rent. The Lake Winnipesaukee Vacation Rental properties are a labor of love for Don, and he hopes that it will provide you with many memories of the beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee region.
